Terms of sale

1. Seller

2. Products

The products sold are genuine Forever Living Products items, described on their page. Photos and descriptions come from Forever Living Products. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros, including all taxes, and match the retail prices recommended by Forever Living Products France. Chronopost or Mondial Relay pick-up point delivery: €3.90 below €50, free from €50. Chronopost home delivery: €13 whatever the amount. The charge is shown before you confirm the order.

4. Order and payment

Orders are placed on the site by checking out the basket. You receive a summary e-mail with the order number, then I contact you to confirm it. The sale is concluded on this confirmation, or on online payment if it comes first. For a delivery, payment is made before shipping, as I confirm with you. For an in-person pick-up (Paris), you choose how to pay when you order: by card straight away, on the secure payment page of our provider Stripe, or in cash at pick-up (online, your card details do not pass through the site). If a product paid online turns out to be unavailable, you are refunded in full by the same payment method. You receive an invoice.

5. Delivery and pick-up

Delivery in mainland France at the Forever customer shop rates: Chronopost pick-up point (48 to 72 h) or Mondial Relay pick-up point (3 to 5 working days), €3.90 below €50 and free from €50; Chronopost home delivery (24 h), €13 whatever the amount. The pick-up point is chosen when you order; otherwise, the nearest point is suggested to you by e-mail before shipping. Products are shipped from my stock or from the Forever European distribution centre. Free pick-up by appointment in Paris: the address and time slot are confirmed with the order. If a parcel is damaged or incomplete, report it on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind without giving a reason (French Consumer Code, articles L221-18 et seq.). Let me know on WhatsApp or by e-mail, for example with the form below, then send the products back within the following 14 days. Return costs are yours. I refund you within 14 days of your request, by the same payment method; the refund may wait until the products are received.

This right does not apply to products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons (article L221-28, 5°).

7. Guarantees

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Consumer Code, articles L217-3 et seq.) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Civil Code, articles 1641 et seq.).

30-day money-back guarantee. On top of these guarantees and the right of withdrawal, if you are not satisfied with a product, even opened, let me know by WhatsApp or e-mail within 30 days of receiving it. I will tell you how to bring or send it back, with its container, and I will refund its price within 8 days of your request. Return shipping costs are yours; returning it in person in Paris is free.

Loyalty programme

Delivered or picked-up orders earn Aloe Drops, under the rules on the Aloe Drops page. Discount vouchers obtained are used on the Forever online shop, under the conditions given with each code.

9. Disputes

If there is a problem, please contact me first: I always look for an amicable solution. You may also use a consumer mediator free of charge (Consumer Code, article L612-1). French law applies.
