Privacy

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and only records the pages you view if you have agreed to it (see below). Your basket (and, if you use it, the ongoing chat) is simply remembered in your browser. If you open a link from our e-mails, your browser also keeps a key (which does not contain your e-mail address) to greet you by your first name and show your Aloe Drops; the “Not you?” button deletes it. If you tick “remember me on this device”, only your first name is kept in your browser, nothing is sent anywhere.

Orders

To process your order, we store your name, e-mail, phone number, delivery or pick-up choice, delivery address where relevant, and the order contents. This information is kept on our IONOS hosting in a folder not reachable from the Internet, and e-mailed to Rudy so he can prepare the order. For a delivery placed through Forever, your address is passed to Forever Living Products France only for shipping. Legal basis: performing your order. Each order has a private tracking link sent to the customer. Invoices are kept for 10 years, as required by law; other order data for no more than 3 years after our last contact.

New products, loyalty and reminders sign-up (optional)

Data controller: EI Rudy Langlet, 1B rue Volta, 92800 Puteaux, France. If you fill in the form, we store your e-mail, your first name and the chosen product (if given), the date and language of sign-up. If you order, your orders are also used to calculate your Aloe Drops, together with, if you give them, your birthday (day and month) and the e-mail of the person who recommended Rudy (used only to credit her referral drops, never to contact her for marketing); vouchers given to you (code, amount, date) are kept with them. Purpose: sending you new products and member benefits (including loyalty vouchers), news of the Aloe Drops loyalty programme, product tips and a reminder when your product is running out. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

This data is kept on our IONOS hosting, is never sold or passed on to third parties, and is deleted no later than 3 years after our last contact. Your IP address is not stored.

You can access, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe, at any time: just reply to an e-mail, write to contact@aloesante.fr or message me on WhatsApp. You can also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Chat with the Aloe Santé assistant

If you use the chat window, your messages and the page you are viewing are sent to Anthropic (Claude), the provider that generates the assistant's answers, only to produce the answer. Questions and answers are kept for 3 months on our IONOS hosting, in a folder not reachable from the Internet, so Rudy can review conversations and improve the service; your IP address is not stored (only an anonymous daily fingerprint is used to prevent abuse). Please do not share health, bank or identity details in the chat. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you quickly. Answers are AI-generated and may contain mistakes: for anything important, message or call Rudy.

Personalised e-mails and products viewed

If you are signed up, I send you a programme of e-mails: welcome, tips, a reminder when your product is running out, your Aloe Drops balance and a newsletter twice a month, never more than one e-mail every 3 days. They are sent by our IONOS hosting or by Brevo (Sendinblue, France), our e-mail provider. If you tick “Personalise my e-mails”, I record on this browser the product pages you view (which ones, how often, how long), to write to you about the products you are interested in. This information stays on our hosting, is never sold or passed on, and is deleted as soon as you withdraw your consent (link at the bottom of every e-mail) or no later than 3 years after our last contact. Legal basis: your consent.

When you open the Forever shop or WhatsApp, the privacy policies of Forever Living Products France and WhatsApp apply.
