Do you live in a French overseas department?
From our stock, we only ship to mainland France. If you live in the French Antilles, Réunion, French Guiana or Mayotte, there are two options:
- we place the order for you: it is shipped by Forever, at Forever prices for your territory. Message us on WhatsApp or at contact@aloesante.fr;
- or you order directly from the Forever shop by becoming a Preferred Customer: 15% off and access to reserved offers, which an order without this status does not get.
Do you live outside France?
Order from the international Forever shop: it delivers from your country, at your country's prices and terms. We remain available to advise you.

Delivery, returns and guarantee
Every order is carefully prepared and tracked, and you receive your invoice. For delivery, products are shipped from our stock or from the Forever European distribution centre. For collection, we give you the address and a time slot in Paris. You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind, and you also benefit from our 30-day money-back guarantee: a product you are not happy with, even opened, is refunded within 8 days (see the terms of sale). For any question, our AI assistant answers at any time, and an advisor on WhatsApp.
