Who can leave a review?

Anyone who has tried the product. Reviews submitted with the e-mail of an aloesante.fr order containing the product are marked "Verified purchase". Other reviews are not marked and are not checked as coming from a buyer.

Checked before publication

Every review is read by our team before publication, usually within 72 hours and at the latest within 15 days. Reviews are never edited: they are published as written, or rejected.

Reasons for rejection

Offensive, discriminatory or off-topic content; personal information; links or advertising; reviews that appear fake or were written in exchange for a benefit; reviews claiming an effect on health, weight or a disease (not allowed for food supplements and cosmetics).

Display order

Published reviews are shown from newest to oldest. The average rating covers all published reviews of the product.

No incentives

No review is bought, paid for or rewarded, including with Aloe Drops.

Retention and your rights

Reviews stay online as long as the product is offered. You can ask for your review to be changed or removed at any time via WhatsApp. Your e-mail is never published and is only used to check your purchase.
