Frequently asked questions (8)
What does the DX4™ programme involve?
Forever's DX4™ is a four-day programme aimed at improving your physical, mental and emotional well-being through seven nutritional supplements, a food intake guide and exercises to build a positive mindset.
What is the recommended age for the DX4™ programme?
The DX4 programme is intended for healthy adults aged 18 and over. It is not intended for children.
Will I have everything I need to complete DX4™ when I buy the programme?
DX4 contains a four-day supply of Forever Therm Plus™, Forever DuoPure™ and Forever Multi Fizz™, which provide daily vitamins to support your nutritional needs. With this combination of nutritional products and good hydration, you meet your body's needs during the first two days. The programme lets you include healthy, balanced meals on days 3 and 4, but food is not included in the DX4™ purchase.
Do I have to follow the programme exactly as described?
We strongly recommend following the programme exactly as indicated to get the best results with DX4™.
Can I do the DX4™ programme several times a year?
Yes, DX4 can be done several times a year, but not back to back, as the programme can be calorie-restrictive. The aim of DX4™ is to help you become more aware of your body by teaching you to be more mindful when you eat, move and go about your activities. If you are a healthy adult and need reminders throughout the year, you can safely do the DX4™ programme several times. However, we recommend consulting a doctor before starting the programme.
Is DX4™ gluten-free?
DX4 is essentially gluten-free, except for Forever Sensatiable™: one of its main satiating ingredients is oat bran. This natural grain contains a little residual gluten, though not as much as wheat. However, if you are gluten intolerant, Forever Sensatiable™ can be left out of the programme and replaced with a programme-approved snack when hunger strikes.
Is DX4™ suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
Most DX4™ components are vegan/vegetarian, but Forever Therm Plus™ contains a fat-soluble vitamin (D3) derived from animal by-products.
