Forever recommends 40 ml diluted in 240 ml of water or juice, 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

How is it different from an "aloe vera juice"?
Forever uses the pulp, the inner gel of the leaf (99.7% in Aloe Vera Gel), not juice from the whole leaf.
How long can the aloe vera gel in PET bottles be consumed after opening?
The aloe vera gel drinks in PET bottles contain no added preservatives, so it is important to follow the instructions on the packaging and refrigerate after opening. How long an opened aloe drink without added preservatives will last depends on how it is refrigerated and consumed. Aloe drinks without added preservatives should be consumed within a reasonable time.
Will the shelf life of the aloe vera gel drinks change with the move from Tetra Pak bottles to PET bottles?
No, their shelf life will remain the same in PET bottles as in Tetra Pak bottles.
Has the formula of the aloe vera gel drinks in PET bottles changed?
No, the formula has not changed. This is only a packaging update.
Will the drinks taste different in PET bottles?
